The website, platform, original content, workflow materials, reports, documentation, graphics, training materials, and technology made available by SSG Management are protected by intellectual-property law, contract, and other applicable rights.
No material may be copied, republished, sold, licensed, distributed, scraped, modified, or used to create a competing or derivative product without prior written permission, except for an organization's authorized internal use under its agreement. No person may reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, discover source code, derive algorithms, recreate workflows, or attempt to obtain the underlying structure, scoring logic, database design, integration method, or other nonpublic technology of the platform.
Third-party screening instruments and materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate permissions and restrictions. Reports may be used only by authorized recipients for the purpose for which they were provided.
